Ironically, more of Steve Job&#039;s worh is from his shares in Disney.  Perhaps he should put more effort into that than into Apple?  But maybe he is, Disney is doing fine, too.</description>

		<description>Pretty much spot on but nothing unique here - its the basic marketing mix.  Having said that if you want to talk packaging check out Palms offerings - they far exceed Apple.  In terms of thinking we all know where the battery goes in etc - gee, well I&#039;ve been caught out myself like that a few times when I really couldn&#039;t work things out because of the innovations in the actual products.  Apple shines here though too - if you can&#039;t be bothered to actually read the manual 10 seconds on their website is usually enough to get the you specific info you need.  As for Dell - hit the nail on the head, I&#039;ve hated their website and business/home sections for about 3 years now.  Must be why we don&#039;t buy from them.</description>
